This is also when we conduct a thorough site visit (or review architectural plans if the property is under construction), discuss budget and timelines, and begin to uncover the space's potential.
The goal is to create a clear, collaborative brief that reflects not only what you want, but what the space wants to become.
Once the brief is agreed upon, we begin developing the project's creative direction.
This is where the design language is born. Through a combination of mood boards, material explorations, conceptual layouts, and visual references, we present a narrative that expresses the tone, palette, and style of the interior.
These concepts are rooted in both intuition and intention, drawing from your story, the architecture, and the emotional quality we want the space to evoke. This stage ensures that we are aligned creatively before we dive into detail.

Once we receive approval for the concept, we eagerly dive into transforming those ideas into a beautifully cohesive and functional interior! Our team meticulously refines floor plans, elevations, and lighting schemes while designing custom joinery and selecting the perfect materials, finishes, and furniture pieces.
To help you truly envision the final outcome, we love introducing dynamic 3D models or visuals. We also engage in early conversations with trusted makers and suppliers to ensure everything we propose is feasible, considering lead times, scale, and budget. Every detail is thoughtfully addressed, leading to a rich and immersive design proposal that we can’t wait to share with you!
The creative vision becomes a set of detailed documents. Our studio produces all necessary technical drawings and schedules required for construction and fabrication: plans, elevations, bespoke joinery drawings, electrical and lighting layouts, plumbing plans, material schedules, and more. These are essential for guiding contractors and trades on site and ensuring the design is implemented precisely. We take extra care in this phase to ensure clarity and accuracy — these documents are the blueprint for realising your space.

To ensure a smooth execution of our projects, we work closely with our trusted construction partner. This team has extensive experience with us and understands our standards, methods, and attention to detail. Whether we are handling a full renovation, refurbishment, or fit-out, this collaborative relationship fosters efficient and open communication between the design and build phases.
We also coordinate with specialist trades as needed, such as joiners, metalworkers, decorators, and lighting technicians, ensuring that the right professionals are on site. Our studio remains actively involved throughout the process, providing creative direction and problem-solving support.
This is where the tactile personality of the space comes to life. We carefully source all materials, furniture, fixtures, fittings, and decorative objects — from statement pieces to everyday essentials. Every item is chosen for its relevance to the design, quality, and sense of character. We balance bespoke commissions with curated vintage finds, handcrafted items with contemporary design, and work with both local artisans and international makers. Each selection is intentional — and together they bring richness and depth to the final scheme.
Sourcing
Procurement
Once items are approved, we handle the full procurement process. This includes placing all orders, coordinating delivery schedules, managing storage (if needed), and closely tracking logistics from start to finish. We communicate directly with suppliers, resolve any issues that arise, and ensure all deliveries arrive in perfect condition. We inspect all pieces carefully before installation, so what arrives on site is exactly what was envisioned. This stage requires patience, attention to detail, and meticulous organisation — something we take great pride in.
This is the moment where all planning and design becomes reality. We manage the final fit-out in close collaboration with our build partner and trades — overseeing everything from joinery installation and lighting to furniture placement and styling. The studio is on site to guide every step, ensuring that the original design vision is upheld, and that the finished space feels cohesive, elegant, and complete. We also manage the professional styling phase, where we layer in objects, textiles, art, and the final flourishes that make the space truly yours.
Installation & Completion
Aftercare
Our relationship doesn’t end when the project is complete. We remain available for post-installation support — from assisting with maintenance and care instructions to resolving any last-minute adjustments or client needs. We’re here to ensure your space continues to feel lived-in, loved, and entirely yours. For us, aftercare is not an add-on — it’s a continuation of the attention and respect we bring to every stage of the process.
